It isn't about you, you know? After you left, it must've been a surprise to see all these people go back to their lives as if you never existed to them in the first place.

But you did, and that's why it hurts, because you existed, and they existed, but now you still exist and to them you don't.

You thought that you were so important, so untouched, so admired. It turns out that people don't breathe because you want them to.

They breathe because they want to.

You've never been the most important person in anyone's life. Shocking, right? Because you're the most important person in your life? Why aren't you the most important in everyone else's? Surely, you're the only one who matters, who's real?
